Keva - Recipes - Chocolates - Vanilla Chocolate

Vanilla Chocolates

Preparation Time: 5-10 min

Cooking Time: 5 min

Total Time: 30 min (including freezing time)

Serves: 20 chocolates (depending on the mould size)

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams white compound chocolate
  • Flexible moulds to pour the chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon caramel crunches
  • 4-5 drops of Auris ‘VANILLA 24K’ Premium Food Flavour

Directions:

  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or in a water bath for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add Auris ‘VANILLA 24K’ Premium Food Flavour and caramel crunches to the melted chocolate.
  3. Pour the Chocolate into the mold.
  4. Refrigerate it for 10-15minutes. Then pack the flavoured chocolates in a wax paper.
  5. Store them in a cool place.
