Products & Pricing
All our products listed on the Keva Flavours website, their descriptions and their prices are subject to change from time to time. Purchase of an item on the website is subject to availability of stock. Keva Flavours reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services with or without notice.
Order Fulfilment
We will process your orders within 2-3 business days upon receiving by the fulfilment team. In a rare scenario, there could be some delay in the processing of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to some unforeseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you and issue a refund.
Payment Terms
All orders are pre-paid orders and no cash on delivery available. Order delivery is subject to the successful transaction of online payment. In case of a failed payment, you may visit My Account>>Orders and click on the Pay button next to the order number and retry the transaction.
Payment Gateway
You can securely make an online payment using your credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or digital wallet option on our site. We do not store any payment-related information on the website. In case of any online transaction-related issues, visit My Account>>Orders and click on the Get Help button next to the specific order and send us your query.
Cancellations & Refunds
In case a payment is not successful, you can directly cancel the order by visiting My Account>>Orders and click on the Cancel button next to the order number.
If you change your mind after making the payment, you can click on the Get Help button next to the specific order to request a cancellation. If the order is not shipped out, we will cancel the shipment and issue you a refund.
However, if we have already shipped out the order to your address, you can still refuse to accept the delivery. Once we receive the product back from our courier partner, we will process the refund. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your source account.
However, you will not be able to cancel the order any longer once you accept the delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that products once sold and delivered are non-returnable. Also, it will not be possible for us to accept any exchange request.
However, in case of a wrong or a damaged product, do let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Please visit My Account>>Orders and click on the Get Help button next to the specific order to raise a ticket.
In case of a wrong product, we will organise a pick up of the wrong product from your delivery address. Once we receive the product back in the original condition from our courier partner, we will process the refund.
In case of a damaged product, we may ask you to discard the product if pick up is not feasible. Our service representative will either deliver you a new product or refund the amount to you after investigating the matter.
Once we initiate the refund, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your source account.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time depends on the product’s availability and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered. Delivery may take longer due to bad weather, political disruptions, other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you.

For any order related queries, please visit the My Account>>Orders and click on the Get Help button next to the specific order number to raise a ticket.
