Strawberry Doughnut

Ingredients:
- Eggs : 3 nos
- Sugar : 1 cup
- Butter : ¾ cup
- Auris 'Strawberry 24K' Premium Food Flavour : 2 ml
- Auris 'Vanilla 24K' Premium Food Flavour : 1 ml
- Milk : ¾ cup
- Flour : 4 cups
- Baking powder : 1 tablespoon
- Baking soda : ½ teaspoon
- Oil for frying
- FOR GLAZE
- Strawberry paste : 1 cup
- Auris 'Strawberry 24K' Premium Food Flavour : 2 ml
- Soft Butter : ½ cup
- Breakfast sugar : 1 cup
Directions
- Mix sugar and butter. Add into egg and mix well.
- Add both Auris™ ‘Strawberry 24K’ & ‘Vanilla 24K’ Premium Food Flavours and mix.
- Add milk, flour, baking powder and soda, make a dough and rest it for 20 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and until ½ inch thick, use cutter for cutting roundels and make a hole with cutter as well.
- Deep fry in medium hot oil.
- Transfer on a paper to absorb extra oil. Cool them.
- Prepare glaze by mixing all ingredients. Mix well.
- Apply glaze on doughnuts and enjoy.
