Raspberry Vanilla Panna Cotta Recipe

Raspberry Vanilla Panna Cotta

Preparation Time:

Cooking Time: 10-15 mins

Total Time: 8 hrs. (Including overnight refrigeration)

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Cream- ¾ cup
  • Milk-1 cup
  • Agar powder- 1.25 Tsp
  • Sugar- ½ cup
  • Red Food color- a pinch
  • Auris 'Vanilla 24K' Premium Food Flavour- 7 drops
  • Auris 'Raspberry 24K' Premium Food Flavour- 7 drops
  • White chocolate chips for garnishing (Optional)

Directions:

Vanilla Layer

  1. In a sauce-pan add milk, fresh cream and heat (do not boil).
  2. Add agar powder, give a good stir.
  3. Add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Add vanilla flavour and mix well.
  5. Switch off the flame and let it rest for 10 mins.
  6. Transfer in a glass after 10 mins and rest for 2-3 hours.

Raspberry Layer

  1. In a sauce-pan add milk, fresh cream and heat (do not boil).
  2. Add agar powder, give a good stir.
  3. Add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Add raspberry flavour, red food colour and mix well.
  5. Switch off the flame and let it rest for 10 mins.
  6. Pour on the vanilla layer in the glass and rest minimum of 6 hours or overnight.

Drizzle with white chocolate chips once before serving.

Note:

The quantities of basic ingredients are to be divided equally for each layer.
