Raspberry Vanilla Panna Cotta

Total Time: 8 hrs. (Including overnight refrigeration)
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
- Fresh Cream- ¾ cup
- Milk-1 cup
- Agar powder- 1.25 Tsp
- Sugar- ½ cup
- Red Food color- a pinch
- Auris 'Vanilla 24K' Premium Food Flavour- 7 drops
- Auris 'Raspberry 24K' Premium Food Flavour- 7 drops
- White chocolate chips for garnishing (Optional)
Directions:
Vanilla Layer
- In a sauce-pan add milk, fresh cream and heat (do not boil).
- Add agar powder, give a good stir.
- Add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves completely.
- Add vanilla flavour and mix well.
- Switch off the flame and let it rest for 10 mins.
- Transfer in a glass after 10 mins and rest for 2-3 hours.
Raspberry Layer
- In a sauce-pan add milk, fresh cream and heat (do not boil).
- Add agar powder, give a good stir.
- Add sugar and stir till sugar dissolves completely.
- Add raspberry flavour, red food colour and mix well.
- Switch off the flame and let it rest for 10 mins.
- Pour on the vanilla layer in the glass and rest minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
Drizzle with white chocolate chips once before serving.
Note:
The quantities of basic ingredients are to be divided equally for each layer.
