Strawberry Gelato

Ingredients:

• 3 cups milk
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 6-7 drops of Auris ‘STRAWBERRY 24K’ Premium Food Flavour
• Pink food colour
• GARNISH
• Mint leaves
• Strawberries

Directions:

1. Boil powdered sugar and milk together in a saucepan.
2. Remove the saucepan from heat, and allow the mix to cool.
3. Once cool, add pink food colour and Auris ‘STRAWBERRY 24K’ Premium Food Flavour.
4. Using a fine nylon sieve, strain the milk into an ice cream container.
5. Place the container in the freezer.
6. Beat the liquid mixture every half hour, as it freezes.
7. Garnish with mint leaves and strawberries.
