Butterscotch Chocolate Ganache Dessert Cups

Butterscotch Chocolate Ganache Dessert Cups

Cooking Time: 15 to 20 mins

Total Time: 6 Hours (including refrigeration)

Serves: 5

Ingredients:

  • For Chocolate Layer: Milk : 2 cups
  • Sugar: 3 Tbsp
  • Corn flour: 2.5 Tbsp
  • Dark chocolate compound: 1/2 bowl
  • Auris 'Chocolate 24K' Premium Food Flavour: 8 drops
  • For Butterscotch layer: Milk : 2 cups
  • Sugar: 1/4th bowl
  • Corn flour: 2.5 Tbsp
  • Auris 'Butterscotch 24K' Premium Food Flavour: 15 drops
  • Turmeric for color: A pinch

Directions:

For Chocolate Layer:

  1. Add Milk, Sugar and Dark chocolate in a sauce pan give it a stir.
  2. Now place it on the burner on a low flame, keep stirring till the chocolate dissolves completely.
  3. Add Chocolate flavor and stir again.
  4. Now add Corn flour mixture while stirring constantly.
  5. Switch off the flame ones thickened, do not boil and pour into dessert cups.
  6. After 10 minutes drizzle with dark chocolate chips. Now let it cool at room temperature and set in fridge for 3-4 hours.

For Butterscotch Layer:

  1. Add Milk and Sugar in a sauce pan stir and place on the burner on a  low flame.
  2. Add Butterscotch flavor and stir again.
  3. Keep stirring in between so that milk doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
  4. When bubbles appear on edges of pan add Corn flour mixture while stirring constantly.
  5. Add a pinch of turmeric for natural tinted color once the mixture begins to thicken.
  6. Switch off the flame ones thickened(do not boil) and pour into dessert cups.
  7. Let it cool at room temperature and set in fridge for 3-4 hours.

Once set, drizzle with dark chocolate vermicelli and chips.
