Butterscotch Chocolate Ganache Dessert Cups

Ingredients:
- For Chocolate Layer: Milk : 2 cups
- Sugar: 3 Tbsp
- Corn flour: 2.5 Tbsp
- Dark chocolate compound: 1/2 bowl
- Auris 'Chocolate 24K' Premium Food Flavour: 8 drops
- For Butterscotch layer: Milk : 2 cups
- Sugar: 1/4th bowl
- Corn flour: 2.5 Tbsp
- Auris 'Butterscotch 24K' Premium Food Flavour: 15 drops
- Turmeric for color: A pinch
Directions:
For Chocolate Layer:
- Add Milk, Sugar and Dark chocolate in a sauce pan give it a stir.
- Now place it on the burner on a low flame, keep stirring till the chocolate dissolves completely.
- Add Chocolate flavor and stir again.
- Now add Corn flour mixture while stirring constantly.
- Switch off the flame ones thickened, do not boil and pour into dessert cups.
- After 10 minutes drizzle with dark chocolate chips. Now let it cool at room temperature and set in fridge for 3-4 hours.
For Butterscotch Layer:
- Add Milk and Sugar in a sauce pan stir and place on the burner on a low flame.
- Add Butterscotch flavor and stir again.
- Keep stirring in between so that milk doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
- When bubbles appear on edges of pan add Corn flour mixture while stirring constantly.
- Add a pinch of turmeric for natural tinted color once the mixture begins to thicken.
- Switch off the flame ones thickened(do not boil) and pour into dessert cups.
- Let it cool at room temperature and set in fridge for 3-4 hours.
Once set, drizzle with dark chocolate vermicelli and chips.
