Acquisition of Gujarat Flavours Private Limited’s flavours business undertaking and the brand Three Birds and Wheel
Keva Flavours Pvt. Ltd acquired the flavour unit of Gujarat Flavours Private Limited (GFPL), marketed under the brand Three Birds and Wheel. GFPL works with food colours, flavours, saccharin, and fine chemicals. With a presence throughout India, their acquisition has helped broaden Keva’s horizons. Both brands have carved a niche with small SKU businesses in the domestic market, with a history of brand loyalty with the unorganized sector.
